Add a option to create a "blacklist" of contacts you don't want to log conversation with. Also there should be a button/action in text-ui to temporarily disable logging for current conversation.

This requires support in tp-logger for which I have already submitted a patch: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54033

Dear user, unfortunately Telepathy is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
