With the newest GIT master I can't set breakpoints by clicking to the side bar as usual. The only option is to do that via the Run menu. Secondly active breakpoints aren't hightlighted with the red bug symbol as in previous versions. The breakpoint line is just hightlighted in red.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just try to activate breakpoint using the side bar

Breakpoint setting working as before
