In the Chrome, Firefox, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, etc. "IN OTHERS USER SESSIONS" I do not see Menu Text, this menu text is seen as symbols "__" 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You open session of another user (no of the main user).
2. Open Firefox or Chrome
3. You do not see menu with text. You see symbols "_"
Actual Results:  
You do not see menu with text. You see symbols "_"

Expected Results:  
I want to use Firefox and Chrome on another session user.

The programs you mentioned are no KDE programs. Could you show a screen shot of the error?
