Sentry Crash Report:

Description Thomas Pfeiffer 2012-10-16 22:41:47 UTC
When adding resources to or removing them from Activities (especially when adding many resources at once), the Activity screen does not get updated until after a reboot. Files shows the correct resources when filtering for Current Activity, though.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tap "Add Items"
2. Select 10 resources
3. Tap "Add Items"

OR

1. Select a resource on the Activity screen
2. Tap "Activities"
3. Tap "Current Activity"
Actual Results:
Chances are not all resources added are shown on the Activity screen and the number is incorrect as well (or the disconnected resource is still shown and the number is unchanged, respectively).
After a reboot, the Activity screen is updated correctly.

Expected Results:
All resources are shown and the number is correct.

This happens with an RC1 image with updates afterwards, so this might have been caused by some problem that happened before release which still causes some aftereffects. It would be helpful to try reproducing this with a fresh PA3 install.

I can still reproduce this on current Master:
When I add resources of a type of which there are already resources connected to the Activity, they do not show up on the Activity Screen and the counter is not updated.
Adding resources of a new type works.

Adding as well as removing items to/from activities is reflected almost immediately now. Looks like that stuff finally works again! :)
