The Thanks page only works from the kde.org home.
The link in the menu Community -> Thanks is: href="thanks.php" and should be href="/thanks.php"

Steps for reproduce:
1) Go to e.g. http://www.kde.org/code-of-conduct/
2) Click in Community -> Thanks
3) 404 in http://www.kde.org/code-of-conduct/thanks.php
