Ugly auth dialog

Created attachment 74421 [details] Ugly auth dialog When you edit one account, until you either open the wallet or cancel the operation, the dialog window is very useless (see the attached screenshot) and it is also possible to close it while it is in that state (the kwallet dialog will stay there). As soon as the wallet is ready it goes to the normal auth window. I suppose that we can wait for the kwallet operation to be finished, before showing the dialog.
