Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a folder on a samba share (smb://(server))
4. right clic on a folder and choose "Open Path In
New Window"
Actual Results:  
KIOExec then pops an error message saying that it was given a folder, but a
file was expected.

Expected Results:  
dolphin should open a new window to display the folder.
