The "scroll wheel" area of my touchpad is not recognized and/or does not work at all. I have to use the arrow keys or the window scroll in KDE 4.9.1 (and 4.9). It works fine in KDE 4.8.5.

this is unrelated to Plasma Active.

this is also an issue that you need to take up with your distribution as this is an x.org configuration / integration issue.

It works fine in KDE 4.9.2. Thank you.
