It would be nice, if there was an option to disable saving some type of notifications.

For example, MPD client cantata sends ``song-changed'' notifications via this system -> notifications list is spammed after an hour of listening

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make some application to send notification

Actual Results:  
notification is stored at Notifications and Jobs plasmoid

Expected Results:  
there should be a way to disable this behaviour
