New Notes show up in the middle of the screen and can only be resized but not moved around.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Knotes
2. Add a new note
3. Try to move it
Actual Results:  
It should be dragable by click and holding the topic field to move it around the screen.

Which exact version is this about? Please set the version field.

Current git master branch and all previous versions. I don't find that selectable in the Version field so i'm setting the most recent release. (4.9.1)

KNotes is no longer maintained since 24.08.
