TpLogger provides a draft interface to clear logs. 

qdbus org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Logger /org/freedesktop/Telepathy/Logger org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Logger.DRAFT.Clear

Not sure if this is exposed in TpLoggerQt.
