This issue is a continuation of this one https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106574
If I recieve a mail with plain text formating, graphical quoting aren't a big problem, because there are symbols ">" with different colors. Although a graphic line would be better, than symbol ">"
But when I recieve mail with HTML text formating, I don't see any symbols of quoting, only blank space.

On the attached screenshot you can see, that the mail in thunderbird is more understandable than in kmail. It is realy a big problem for large letters with a lot of qoutes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Recieve an email with quotation in HTML text formating (from thunderbird or web-interface like gmail)
2. Open this mail in KMail
3. Get an unreadable result
