When other windows are open on my desktop chat plasmoid isn't expanding the chat panel, even though the contact's icon that appears on the panel changes like when the chat plasmoid is expanded. If I minimize the windows it appears, and if I get one back, anyone, it again disappears.

Fixed in 0.5.

Kwin changed something in 4.9 that broke our popups, that we had to work round.
