If treminal panel is activated and hidden, focus isn't returned to file view but it's passed to a nother panel or if all panels are hidden, focus is passed to location bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open some folder in Dolphin
2. Press F4 to activate terminal panel
3. Again press F4 to hide panel
Actual Results:  
Next panel or location bar receives focus

Expected Results:  
Folder view should receive focus
