In configure dialog (page 'Cron log') there are the link 'More information' (in blue), but does not work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Settings -> Configure KSystemlog...
2. Click on page 'Cron log'
3. Click on 'More information' link (nothing happens)



This string in ksystemlog.po:

<p>These files will be analyzed to show the <b>Cron Logs</b> (i.e. planned 
tasks logs). <a href='man:/cron'>More information...</a></p>

confirmed in master (upcoming 4.11) compiled from sources
