If it crashes every time, please install the debug symbols (should be the 'kdemultimedia-dbg' package in Ubuntu) and paste the backtrace in the comment when it happens again. On Monday, July 30, 2012 06:19:35 AM you wrote:

Jekyll,
Apparently the error requires that the laptop be left in sleep for some
period of time. I restarted, closed the laptop lid, and then reopened to see
the error but it did not come up with a crash report. I have already installed
the debugging tools and will post the results tomorrow (leave laptop setting
overnight in sleep mode).

Team, I can no longer reproduce this error after updating system packages and installing the debugger package. I'll mark this as resolved. Thanks for the quick response. |
