Description Marco Bernasocchi 2012-07-29 08:01:16 UTC
When I run necessitas-0.3-online-sdk-installer-linux it sits there for a couple of minutes trying to connect to the server ("retrieving information from remote installation sources") and finally gives up, reporting "connection refused".
My Linux VM (Lubuntu 11.10) is on a Windows PC behind a company firewall. How do I tell the installer to use our company proxy server? I have tried invoking the installer with -h and --help, but I can't even get a list of command-line options out of it. I have also tried Chromium-style command-line options (--proxy-server=...) and plausible variations; environment variable http_proxy; all to no avail.

New SDK installer should handle proxies.
