The previous and next conversation links could be added also in empty chat logs (i.e. if a day with no conversation is selected)

[14:05:40] <drdanz> dvratil: I mean when you select a date with no log, you could have the 2 buttons "previous" and "next" (if any) instead of an empty page

Add links to previous and next conversations to empty logs too

Add "Previous conversation" and "Next conversation" links to logview
even when the chat log for selected date is empty, so that it's easy
to jump to nearest date with some non-empty chat log.
