In the "Multiple Monitors" KCM (xinerama), there are five options, that list: "Enable multiple monitor X support", for five different options. There are literally three times as many words as there need to be in this set of options, to the point where it becomes difficult to read what you're actually choosing. It should be pared down to: "Virtual Desktops", "Window Resistance", "Window Placement", "Window maximize", "Window fullscreen".

The Xinerama options have been simplified for KDE 4.9, but I have not checked if the descriptions got easier to read.
