Yes, it is a duplicate. Rekonq 1.0 should have this fixed.

I have a question. Since I use Ubuntu 12.04 plus KDE, how can I update rekonq? I can't find the update option in rekonq or in KDE Muno sofware center. Is there anyone for help? Thank you.

[Assuming you're using precise pangolin]

You need to abilitate the backport repository in the Update tab from Software Properties ("software-properties-gtk"), the package (1.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu12.04.1) is already there (since 23/7, should be in every mirror by now).
