i tried to change the background but every time it shows a white background, even if i tried to apply the original background.
i tried closing the application and reopening it, and restarting the laptop but it didn't work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click settings
2. Open configure palapeli
3. Choose any background
4. Click apply
5. Press ok
Actual Results:  
Apply a white background

Expected Results:  
Apply the chosen background

Works for me in current framework branch. The background setting is saved for each puzzle.
