Description Christian S. 2012-07-21 13:01:45 UTC
Since I have upgraded to KDE 4.8.4 all the symbols of the activities have disappeared (custom and predefined). Instead I see only colored ball-symbols.
Real Problem:
The symbols can't even be modified anymore!!! If I chose a new symbol and click on "Apply", the change isn't applied!

Maybe this problem isn't related to the activity-bar but to the switcher which you can see by default besides the task-panel (But I don't know the exact name).

Is there a workaround for the short-term?

Thank you very much!

I use Kubuntu 12.04

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Kubuntu 12.04 and modify activities (and symbols)
2. Upgrade all packages
3. Try to modify activity-symbols
Actual Results:
Activity Symbol remains unchanged

Expected Results:
Symbol should be changed after pressing apply
