Can there be the option to autohide the toolbar?

Reproducible: Always

No KDE application has an autohiding toolbar and i don't really see the reason why Okular should be special in this regard.

(In reply to comment #1)

Since I am viewing documents, I want to see as much of the document as I possibly can, and also have access to the toolbar if I want it.
Comment 3 Albert Astals Cid 2012-07-20 22:16:15 UTC
Sorry, but no reason enough for us to deviate from standard KDE practices.

The taskbar can autohide.
Comment 5 Albert Astals Cid 2012-07-23 17:13:17 UTC
Sure it can, the taskbar is not a program's toolbar though

Dragon Player's toolbar autohides in Full Screen Mode.

By the way, in Full Screen Mode of Okular, there is no toolbar, perhaps the toolbar could be autohidden in Full Screen Mode, and then there be an option for autohide in regular mode.
