When clicking on "Customize Index folders" in the KCM. A huge dialog showing both the "Folders to Index" and "Include Exclude Filters" are displayed.

In my opinion, the "Include Exclude Filters" are a more advanced feature and shouldn't be show with the "Folder to Index". Maybe there could be a separate button for it?
