Add the ability, while previewing a photo or by clicking on a thumbnail to extract the included jpeg preview inside RAW files via a contextual menu.

Sometimes one don't want to edit the RAW file because the JPEG with camera settings is good enough and in native resolution (like in Canon .CR2 files)

Currently I'm doing it from command line with Exiftool.
