When replying to an HTML email, if "reply using HTML if present" is checked, the new email contains the original one properly quoted in HTML. If at this point the user switches to plain text, the original email is not quoted any more. So, if the user wants to reply to an HTML email he has to add the '>' characters manually.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select any received HTML email
2. Click on Reply
3. Click on Options --> Formatting (HTML)
4. Click on Lose formatting
Actual Results:
I know you clicked on Lose formatting, but I think the fact that the included message was quoted should be retained.

Expected Results:
It should change it from the HTML-style quotation to the plain one. Otherwise the user has to add the '>' characters manually every time.

CTRL+A -> Add quotation

We can't add Quote when we lose format because we don't know what was the original mail...
