The website of the project Okular was translated to French.

The .po file is here: http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kde4/fr/messages/www/okular_www.po?view=markup

However, the French language does not appear in the language list on the website.

I've done the needed step, next time it would be cool if people read README files, they are there for a reason
