Add an option to call arbitrary number. Suggestion was to put in libs (like join-chat-room) then add to contact list menu.

bonus points if you make it only show if call-ui is installed.

Fwiw, join-chat-room is not in the libs.

Anyway, I've done this as a standalone executable, which I plan to expand to something more fancy in the future, showing history of calls and addresbook contacts and stuff like that.

True, there's been an open review request on it for months now. Never got round to doing the merging.
