Discussed before. (inc KDE usability ML) No it shouldn't. Loading a chat is not the primary action, selecting is. Single click is used to select. The double click is just a handy _additional_ shortcut to right click->start chat. We even trialled it (I did anyway) for a week to see if it was usable. It was not. Sorry. Well, if it is a development choice I guess I have to accept it. Anyway thanks for the quick response. Thanks for the suggestion. It's just a topic that's come up before, and sounds sensible at first till you trial it. Feel free to post more. Thanks |
