In KDE 4.9, drag&drop over dolphin places items is broken.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag&drop a file on places panel
2. Dolphin try to add file to places bookmarks but not copy/move file in place

Actual Results:  
Do copy/move 

Expected Results:  
Allow copy items via drag & drop (like in KDE 4.8).
