The unshorten url plugin is not working. Shortened url are not displayed as advice. It occurs with all ur1.ca and t.co url.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Activate the unshorten url plugin on choqok configuration
2.Put the mouse pointer over a shortened url. The advice shows the same url and not the unshortened url
Actual Results:  
Unshorten plugin does not work

Expected Results:  
Shortened url are unshortened and showed as advice by putting the mouse pointer over them

I do not know if it happens with another shorten url services, besides ur1.ca and t.co
