When trying to drop a file in some directory in dolphin panel folders, and if the folder we want to drop the file cant be seen, we need to move the pointer to a area more up or down so that dolphin can start scrolling so that we can see the folder in we want to drop the file, but when scrolling up or down its done too fast so we dont have time to put the mouse over the directory we want to drop the file.

Dolphin folder panels should move too fast when trying to find the directory to drop a file.

Dolphin folder panels should not move so fast when trying to drop a file.
