Description wyattbiker 2012-07-02 00:15:57 UTC
I am running PCLinuxOS. The applications include kwrite, Dolphin, Firefox, konsole, etc.
When I open any application and then move it and resize and then close and then reopen, the application still opens at 0,0. The only way I can get this to work is for each application to go to Window/ Advanced / Special Application Settings / Geometry and set the position and size. Very annoying to have to do this for each application.

In addition, if you open the same application twice it displays right over the previous one. It should be offsetting it by some x,y value/

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open kwrite.
2.Move it.
3. Close Kwrite
4. Reopen Kwrite.
It will open in the same place unless you specifically set the Application settings for it.
Actual Results:
Reopens at 0,0

Expected Results:
Should open at last position when it was closed.
