When a USB-Device (Usb-Stick or Android-Phone), the device will appear on the left panel in the section "Devices", but a click on it won't show the content of the device.

Thanks for the bug report! This looks like it might be related to bug 301071, which is fixed in 4.9 RC1 and later. Can you confirm this?

The bug 301071 seems to be identical. Unfortunately there are no Kubuntu packages available for the RC1 so far, so I can't test it. Waiting for a RC or the Final.
