every time I try to stat dolphin it are slow to start.
When I try to open via console I got this error:
dolphin(3922)/kdecore (K*TimeZone*): KSystemTimeZones: ktimezoned initialize() D-Bus call failed:  "Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken." 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open konsole
2.dolphin
3.wait

Actual Results:  
waiting a long time to start 

Expected Results:  
much faster startup

I jsut upgraded for testing to unstable

Thanks for the bug report! I cannot reproduce the problem, but googling for the error message yields a lot of results. Some users report that they can get rid of the problem by renaming or deleting the folder ~/.pulse. Could you check if that works for you? Thanks.

deleting the folder did help. 

Dont know if it is woth debuging.

Well, I certainly don't have the time to debug it. It's already difficult to handle the bug reports that really are due to a problem in Dolphin's source, which is definitely not the case here because other apps are also affected by this problem according to what I found on the web.
