Seems like an issue with the virtuoso backend in Soprano. @WoodenCafe (bug reporter): Could you please install Soprano debugging symbols, and attach the new backtrace if this bug occurs again? That would help a lot. Thanks for the bug report. - General Notes for future me - 1. Has nothing to do with the Indexing service 2. Thread 1 crashed but that thread seems to be fine. 3. Thread 3 is just waiting on some mutex in the virtuoso backend - Investigate the relevant code. 4. Thread 2 might be in the same code region - However it is in malloc_consolidate, which might indicate memory corruption due to some other totally irrelevant code. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 279276 *** |
