it compiles up to this point and the msg is that this command is not available

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -uaND @world
2.akonadi-server is unpacked  configured
3.compile starts
Actual Results:  
compile fails

Expected Results:  
compiled & installed
