In Dolphin 4.9 (beta 2) the location of the settings button has moved. It is now in the middle of the screen, instead of its former location, in the right hand top corner.
If you want to change something in a good working program then please change something to make it better, not only just because you feel you have to change something.

1. Developer should move the button back to its original place

I had to search for the new location

The hard coded spacer was problematic. Being able to customize the spacers is tracked at bug 143087.
