If you open some file in the same folder as previously opened file, Kate does not nest it in "Documents tab" under same folder name, instead it creates duplicate entry.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open file in directory e.g. "src"
2. Open another file in the same directory e.g. "src"
3. Observe duplicate entries in "Documents" tab
Actual Results:  
Duplicate folder name entries

Expected Results:  
Files from the same directory nested under the same directory
