When alt key is press to a move windows, tooltips don't disappear. And for example with Dolphin and because of qt bug (https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-19363) it's really problematic.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Dolphin -> Activate tooltips -> Settings -> Configure Dolphin -> General -> Show tooltips
2. Move the mouse over a folder and stay here -> tooltip is show.
3. Press alt key, press left mouse button and move the window -> tooltip is always show

Actual Results:  
Tooltips don't disappear when alt key is press

Expected Results:  
When alt key is press tooltip must be disappear

Is the bug only with Dolphin tool tips?

No with every application but because of qt bug, Dolphin or Konqi with files profile crash : cf report bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=299522

So i think tha tooltips must be disable when alt key and left mouse button is press (you want move a window)

Exemple with Dolphin : 
- Activate tooltips in Dolphin
- Move the mouse over a folder AND speedily as possible press alt key and left mouse button (before tooltip is show) -> move the window = unpress alt key -> few seconds later tooltip is show anyway.

Same thing if you go over a button in the toolbar, home button for exemple and everywhere a tooltip can be display.

Works for me now. Must have gotten fixed since this bug report was filed.
