Libkgapi will be shipped as part of KDE 4.9, but openSUSE 12.2 is going to be shipped with KDE 4.8. Please, provide actual package in OBS (https://build.opensuse.org/) for older versions of openSUSE (11.4, 12.1 and 12.2 - actually Factory) and KDE (4.7 and 4.8). See openSUSE KDE repositories http://en.opensuse.org/KDE_repositories (it can be builded in one repository and liked to others). There are some older packages for openSUSE (also containing already fixed bugs, see http://software.opensuse.org/), but not actual version. Thank You in advance. :-)

Couldn't you get in touch with KDE maintainers in openSUSE and ask them to provide packages the official way?

bugs.kde.org is not the place to request packages creation.
