Freeze state description
you can see both the menu and ikon bars, but all the rest in the window is gray with the exception of the status bar (right on the bottom), that shows "planned transactions are being searched ..." (or similar, maybe bad translated). The main window light vibrates.
KMM does not show any reaction to keyboard or mouse and you can only close the window though the kill signal.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set "check planned transactions on start" as active
2. Close KMM
3. Start KMM



Now I've found, the problem only  occurs  if the setting "check planned transactions on start" is active.
Note: I have ever had this set activated, but KMM froze for the first time yesterday (last update was made a lot of months ago).

Could you check this with the latest version? I remember that we had several fixes in that area.

No, the bug reported on 2012-06-14 does occur no longer.
My current version: 4.6.4 under KDE 4.13.3
