New crash information added by DrKonqi
gwenview (2.8.4) on KDE Platform 4.8.4 (4.8.4) "release 6" using Qt 4.8.2
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Opening a picture to view. Each time I opened it gwenview would crash immediately. I tried reinstalling, same thing.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Opened gwenview by clicking on a picture from file manager or the kde picture widget. Crashes every time. Only since last update to KDE 4.8.4 has this happened.

Gwenview also crashes here since upgrading to KDE 4.8.4. This is a 64 bit openSUSE 12.1 system. Gwenview runs OK on my 32 bit laptop, also running openSUSE 12.1 and KDE 4.8.4. Loading Gwenview on the 64 bit desktop system gives the following barrowhillfarm:~> gwenview gwenview: error while loading shared libraries: libkdeinit_gwenview.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (In reply to comment #5) > Gwenview also crashes here since upgrading to KDE 4.8.4. You should report it to the openSUSE bugtracker. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 301453 *** |
