When opening PDF files with bookmark information included it would be nice if it were possible to use the bookmarks to navigate through the document.

I think this is already the case with Okular. You can navigate the bookmarks from the Bookmarks tab.

But I am not sure if by “PDF files with bookmark information” you mean the bookmarks you add from Okular, or some kind of bookmarks the PDF file format supports. So, can you or anyone else confirm Okular supports this already?
