Fathers-day ('vaderdag') occurs on the SECOND sunday of june for the flemish (dutch) part of belgium.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use the be-nl holiday-calender
2. wait until fathers-day :-)
3. you'r one week late with your gift & your family will be upset :s
Actual Results:  
3rd sunday of june

Expected Results:  
2nd sunday of june

the dutch (who live in the netherlands) do have it on the third sunday, flemish people (who also speak dutch but live in Belgium) celebrate it on the second sunday of june...
