Description Janek Bevendorff 2012-06-09 18:02:12 UTC
The Activity Bar widget can't be resized without breaking it. When it is resized vertically, i.e. when making it taller, only the upper part of the buttons can be clicked. the lower part does not respond to any clicks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the widget to your desktop or a horizontal panel
2. Resize the widget (or the panel, respectively) vertically to make it taller.
3. Try to switch activities by clicking on the lower part of a button on the widget

Actual Results:
Clicks on the lower part are not recognized.

Don't know if this is a regression. I experience the small clickable area in 4.8.4 as well. Side note: even if you resize the horizontal panel before you add the activity bar the clickable area remains restricted to the top part.

probably this problem was always present.
looks like a problem in the underlying qtabbar (since is a proxy widget)
so will probably need to be rewritten in qml to be fixed

Oke, removing the regression keyword. Increasing importance to HI, Major.
