In Konsole configuration window, in the TabBar section the Tab Bar Position drop-down list contains a small mistake in the translation of the "Below Terminal Area" text (is: "Poniżej obszary terminala" - should be "Poniżej obszaru terminala".

Checked with recent Konsole (17.08.3) and the translation is correct now - must have got fixed in the meantime.
