Description Blackpaw 2012-06-08 15:20:21 UTC
When download via integration with rekonq there is no opportunity to choose the destination folder, it just downlaods to "~/Downloads". There's the "Ask for destination if there are no default folders" but it has no effect, though there are no default folders set

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ensure no default folders are set in groups
2. Click on a down load link

Actual Results:
File will start downloading to "~/Downloads"

Expected Results:
Ask for the download destination

KDE 4.8.3 on Kubuntu 12.04

Hey!

I suppose you configured rekonq to download to ~/Downloads/. Another option would be that you configured one transfer-group to download everything to ~/Download/.
I cannot reproduce this behavior. Please check if works when you change the property in rekonq!

I can confirm the initial report. KGet _never_ asks for the name and folder to download, although there's an option to set, but that does nothing... :/
