An activity bar looks very ugly in a vertical panel. It is usable but only barely because not all icons are visible and the activity names can't be read.

note: I'm not sure if it is even inteded to be used in a vertical panel

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make a vertical panel
2.Add a activity bar plasmoid
Actual Results:  
Ugly activity bar

Expected Results:  
Something better looking, more usable.
