If I select mm unit for the rulers, it looks the same as cm.

It should add mm marks inbetween.

Fix bug 301212: Ruler is not shown in mm units

In the current implementation, even if the ruler unit is set to millimeters the ruler shows measurement in centimeters. This
commit fixes this by showing mm measurements.
